XBox Live Support: Billing Info. Change

I sent an email to XBox Live support to change my address from UNITED STATES to CANADA. I made an error when entering my billing information so I asked Support to change it. Here’s Microsoft’s XBox Live Support’s reply: Hello Sal, Thank you for contacting Microsoft online support for XBOX. I am Kian and I will be helping you today with this issue. We have received your email and as I understand that you want to change the country information specified on your Xbox Live account.  We appreciate the opportunity to assist you. With regards to your inquiry, I’m sorry to inform you that you may not be able to change the country in which they want to be billed on Xbox Live. If you create an account, you must enter a country in the appropriate field. After you enter a country, that field will be locked.
