The PN Chronicles, Day 3

Well, it’s Monday night and I’ve made it through another day resisting DONUTS, potatoe chips, Bugles and chocolate. It was really tough, but it’s been awhile since I was this strong and my belly shows it.

So here’s a run down for today’s menu:

  • Denver Omelet
  • Two Taste shake with cucumber
  • Workout drink during workout
  • Asparagus Quiche (last piece, i swear!) with quinoa
  • Berry Blast Pie shake with celery
  • Chicken wraps
  • pre-bed snack with 2 tbsp fish oil

And here we are, 11:30 in the PM and I’m ready for day 4. See you all tomorrow.
