I found a great recipe for Banana Oat Clusters made without flour!

- 3 mashed bananas (ripe)
- 1/3 cup of apple sauce
- 2 cups of oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup of raisens (optional)
- 1 tsp vannila
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix all the ingredients
- Spoon clusters of mixture and drop into baking sheet
- Bake for 15-20 min but monitor
